A: Please provide at least 7 days’ notice to pause or cancel recurring trash service.

A: Most pickups can be scheduled within 24–48 hours. Same-day service may be available depending on location and availability.

A: Whenever possible, we recycle or donate items to reduce landfill waste and support local organizations.

A: Yes. We can remove items from virtually anywhere on your property — indoors or outdoors — as long as it’s safe and accessible.

A: No. Our team does all the lifting, loading, and hauling for you. Simply point to what you want gone, and we’ll take care of the rest.

A: Pricing is based on the volume & weight of items loaded into our truck, with rates that include all labor, dump fees, and fuel costs. We’ll provide an upfront quote before any work begins.

A: We handle almost any non-hazardous debris — including furniture, appliances, yard waste, renovation debris, and household cleanouts.

A: Trash service is billed monthly in advance. Invoices are typically sent at the start of each billing cycle and due by the 5th of each month.

A: Extra bags or large items can be picked up for a small additional fee. Contact us ahead of time to schedule a bulk pickup or to receive a quote.

A: If your trash was out on time and we missed it, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right as soon as possible.

A: We cannot collect tires, paint, chemicals, oil, batteries, construction debris, or appliances with refrigerant. Please contact us to schedule a special disposal or junk removal service for these items.

A: Normal household trash securely bagged and placed in containers or bins.

A: Please have all trash placed curbside by 7:00 a.m. on your scheduled collection day to ensure pickup.

A: Standard residential service includes one pickup per week. Commercial and multi-bin service options are available upon request.

A: We accept cash, check, and most major debit or credit cards. Online payment options are also available for recurring trash service.

A: You can call, text, or message us directly through our website or Facebook page. For new trash customers, we’ll help you confirm your service address, pickup day, and billing setup. For junk removal, we offer free, no-obligation on-site quotes.

A: Pickup days vary by route and location. Your assigned pickup day will be confirmed when service begins. Please have your trash out by 7:00 AM on your scheduled day to ensure collection.

A: We provide both weekly residential trash collection and full-service junk removal. Our junk removal team handles everything from household cleanouts and furniture disposal to construction debris and property cleanups.
